Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a refund agianst your purchase at the following conditions.

Online Video Consultation

• Online video consultation events will be refunded if you cancelled the event 7 days before the event starts
• No refund will be provided post the event date

Workshops

• Workshop bookings will be refunded if you cancelled the booking 7 days prior to the workshop start date
• No refund will be provided post workshop date or once workshop event started

Online Courses

• Online course enrolls will be refunded if you cancelled the course 7 days prior to the course start date
• No refund will be provided post course start date or once course is started

Once we receive the refund/cancellation request, yogianoop.com will then give a full refund agianst the purchase.

User should provide his purchase proof with transaction reference ID either a screenshot of the purchase or a email related to the purchase.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the purchase(s) or proof of email received for the purchase. We aim to accept all refunds. In the unlikely event that a purchase is not verified in our system with the proof.
