Don't make the brain too hyperactive. There is no balance of work, exercise, rest in the life of such people. Such people get into the habit of stimulation through smoking, drinking, partying, sleep deprivation, binge eating, etc. Such people consider this as a means of relaxation. Such people must rise above this mentality and practice yoga, take leisure walks with family for a balanced and healthy life.
