Question: When I eat very well, why do I feel tension in my muscles? Why do I have to take muscles relaxant medication?
Yogi Anoop: Many people have good quality food. They may also be doing physical exercises. However, the amount of acidity and gas production inside their bodies becomes very high. This causes fatigue in their muscles, leading to physical problems such as headaches, burning in the urinary tract, and pain all over the body when they wake up in the morning. This happens even though their food quality is very good.
In my own experience, the solution to this problem is not to improve the quality of food, but to correct the system of all our sensory organs. Note that this is not a question of good or bad thoughts, good or bad food. If the way we behave through all our senses is wrong, then no one can avoid problems and diseases. If tension and stress are being given too much in our senses due to ignorance, then its negative effects will be very high on the body.
Eating too fast: Even if a person eats very quickly, the negative effects will still show on their body, despite eating a good meal. Here, I am not just talking about eating quickly, but also about the haste in all sensory activities. Talking quickly, reading quickly, watching videos quickly, showering quickly, etc. People who engage in such activities tend to move quickly on their own. Then the person says that they are feeling breathless and getting exhausted easily. It is natural that when all other senses get addicted to haste, even breathing starts to move quickly. A normal person is unable to understand this mystery, so they should seek treatment from an experienced guru and try to understand the diseases of their own senses. Instead of just focusing on stomach and body problems.
some suggestions below -
Practice yoga poses for a long time and experience them by holding them for a longer duration.
Learn how to connect more with your breath while doing yoga.
Pranayama techniques should be done very slowly and with a lot of focus on the experience during the practice.
Speak carefully and understand the person you are talking to.
Take the full taste while eating to eat slowly and enjoy the food.
When watching videos on YouTube, don't watch them at a very fast speed to avoid eye strain and mood swings.
