The mind is most restless at night because it has a deep connection with the moon. Especially during full moon, when the moon is closest to the earth, there is a storm in the region where there is the highest amount of water on earth. Similarly, during a full moon, a storm-like disturbance arises in the brain because the brain contains the highest amount of water, causing the mind to become naturally more restless.
At this time, the influence of the moon is seen most on the blood. The movement of the blood means a disturbance in the brain. It is a practical truth that the influence of the moon affects the mind a lot, but it would be easy to blame all the faults of the mind on the moon. There is no benefit to us from not making our self-efforts.
Most people feel like eating and watching screens at night, and they do. They should understand their nature and what their brain really wants.
Note that neither the moon can be removed nor can the amount of water in this body and senses be reduced. If the water in the senses is reduced even slightly by trying to dry it, then whoever I am talking to will not be able to do so and serious illnesses will be created. Even today, many people's eyes dry up, so they are given an eye drop so that proper movement can be made in the eyes.
And no astrological solution can be found. It cannot be solved even by wearing a gemstone. The only solution is wisdom and practice.
The first solution is to balance the amount of oxygen in the area of the brain where water is the highest in the body. This is only possible when the circulation of oxygen in the blood is done through a scientific way of practising a pranayama.
It is not necessary to say here that water should be dried from these senses. My meaning of saying this is to balance the elements of the body and mind through a scientific way of living.
In the area of the brain where there is the highest concentration of water in the body, oxygen needs to be balanced in a proper manner. This can only be achieved by practicing proper breathing techniques, which allow for the circulation of oxygen in the blood.
