What To Do in Anxiety 

There is often a lot of anxiety, and people say "look at your mind", but it's not that easy to do. During times when the mind is racing, it's a bit foolish to try to "look at your mind". My advice is to focus on your Pranayam with inner Kumbhak like Turtle or Anulom Vilom . Practice some facial relaxation techniques through pranayam and  engage in activities such as traditional yoga, meditation, or progressive muscle relaxation to help your body relax.


And if that doesn't work, focus on your body by doing something that involves more Spinal holding movements, such as some Asana or slow calf muscles exercise. This will help to stabilise the nerves, muscles which will calm the mind. 


Do some pranayama before going to bed to get enough sleep: Lack of sleep can exacerbate anxiety symptoms, so aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night.


If these above methods don't work, seek advice from a well experienced spiritual guru and talk to them about how to control your mind according to your issue. 


If that still doesn't work, don't hesitate to go straight to a doctor and take medication. And after that, gradually practice all of the techniques and tools available to you. 



बहुत एंजाइटी रहती है , लोगों ने बताया कि मन को देखो , ये हो ही नहीं पाता है ।- 

डिस्क्रिप्शन -जिस समय मन भाग रहा होता है , उस समय  भला मन को कैसे देखोगे - ये वाली बात थोड़ी बेवक़ूफ़ी हो जाती है ।

मैं कहता हूँ उस समय साँसों को पकड़ो , साँस पकड़ में ना आये तो शरीर को पकड़ो , अर्थात् कुछ ऐसे आसान करने लगो जिसमें अधिक होल्डिंग हो । जिससे नाड़ियों में स्थिरता आये और उससे मन स्थिर हो । 

और जब उससे भी स्थिर न हो तो किसी गुरु से सलाह लो , उनसे बातें करो कि मन को कैसे रोकें । 

यदि उससे भी न हो तो फिर देर ना करें , सीधा डॉक्टर के पास जाकर दावा लें । और उसके बाद ऊपर सभी साधनों का धीरे धीरे अभ्यास करें ।
