The sound of heartbeats is heard inside the head of many people. They feel that their heart has come here and is located inside the brain. Hearing the heartbeat inside the brain makes them anxious and uncomfortable.
They can neither reduce it nor sleep. They somehow manage to fall asleep, but immediately after waking up, their heartbeats increase very rapidly inside their heads, which makes it difficult for them to control themselves.
Note that forcibly thinking, creating pressure to think, also becomes an important factor in increasing the heart rate inside the head. Despite having good thoughts, forcing the process of thinking leads to the formation of pressure in the brain. This pressure helps to increase the heartbeat inside the head. I have seen that this increases the risk of future anxiety and the brain becomes anxious.
Therefore, try not to put pressure on the brain for thinking, slowly and gradually increasing the process of thinking over several years with ease and comfort.
The solution to this problem depends on the underlying cause of hearing the sound of heartbeats inside the head. If it is due to a medical condition such as high blood pressure or a heart condition, it is essential to seek medical help, if not then follow these suggestions. It will help to normalise you very soon.
Practice Yoga Nidra or Sava Asana relaxation techniques.
Do some Pranayama (breathing), meditation, or yoga to reduce overthinking, stress and anxiety.
Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine as these can increase heart rate and exacerbate the problem.
By practising Pranayama before sleep, Get proper sleep. After getting enough sleep this sound of heart beat in head will normalise.
Do calf and Thigh Muscles exercise regularly to improve cardiovascular health and reduce stress and overthinking.
Avoid any repetition of thoughts either positive or negative, needed to be focused on more experience.
Do not make any psychological force for eliminating thoughts during meditation practice.
This problem arises only due to overthinking so repetition of thoughts should be avoidable.
Do Cobra pose regularly but do not practise inverted pose. Inverted poses may be very dangerous for brainstorming . Before practising these, proper suggestions should be taken under guru.
