The Memory & Intellect

The Memory  & Intellect of Those Who Discuss Events

There are some habits in the people who discuss the incidents and events which affect their actions and senses associated with them. In general, people like to discuss events and incidents a lot. If they do not get a ready-made event, then they also create events in their mind and discuss the same for hours altogether.

Remember, when the senses are more dependent on events, then the five karmic senses i.e. mouth, hands, feet, anus, and genital organs start getting affected. When events are created in the mind, then all his senses start getting side effects. Such people get into the habit of shrinking the navel inward along with the anus and move their legs or hands a lot while speaking.

One more important thing to note, in people talking about events, the focal point of a conversation is usually based on sex. In case a person is devotional or religious in nature, they divert their sexual energy into a devotional path.

That is why by limiting the intellect to a particular event, mental development is completely blocked, and somewhere in the senses, hypersexuality begins to take shape which results in mental violence because the senses are not able to go out of the particular event.

Common habits of such people:

The function of the mouth is much greater - speaking, eating

It is a habit to keep the feet tapping

Moving hands a lot

While talking, they keep contracting the anus or the navel

Such people must develop intellect by staying under the guidance of a guru and learning to loosen the senses as well as observation. Go deep into Pranayama and calm the mind through nasal senses.

By observing the sense of the eyes, the visual sense should be relaxed, the skin should act on the senses, it should also reduce the taste sense. Only then will success be achieved in loosening and calming the five senses, and at the same time, when the sense organs become calm and stable, the sense organs will automatically become normal.

Things to remember:
  • Get out of events or incidents and focus on accumulating knowledge

  • Tie the sense organs in a routine - get disciplined and follow a routine

  • Do not speak more than necessary or indulge in mindless eating

  • If you feel like talking too much, then calm the mind by writing or reading.

  • Satisfy the sense of taste, improve breathing through Pranayama.

  • Exercise the nerves with the exercises of the spine so that the mind becomes calm.

  • Good digestion and expulsion is important

  • Through pratyahara the mind should give direction to the senses.

  • Meditation stabilises the mind, so practice it regularly.
