The Liver is Like a Cold-Pressed oil Machine

The Liver is Like a Cold-Pressed oil Machine-

Most meat-eating people consume the meat of animals that are not carnivorous themselves. There is a common belief that eating such meat provides the body with sufficient fat and protein. This implies that animal meat is considered the primary source of fat and protein. However, the question arises: if humans get their fat from animal meat, then where do these animals get their fat and protein? The main sources of fat and protein for these animals are green grass, hay, oil cakes, and bran. These animals are completely herbivorous. Even chickens are not carnivorous; they mainly eat grains. Do these grains and seeds generate protein and fat within them?

So, where do all these non-carnivorous animals like goats, cows, buffaloes, and chickens get their fat and protein from? Their primary source seems to be the plants they eat. Goats primarily consume leaves, which somehow provide them with fat and protein along with other essential nutrients. The milk produced by these animals also contains all the necessary elements beneficial to humans. When someone drinks milk, their liver processes it and extracts ghee (clarified butter) from it.

I suggest that instead of directly consuming ghee or fat, it should be provided indirectly to the liver. Just as animals extract fat and protein from grass, hay, or bran, humans should do the same. A horse, for example, gets its strength from eating chickpeas. Its liver has the capability to extract fat from this diet. However, humans, in their intelligence, prefer to inject fat directly into the bloodstream, akin to an injection.

I believe this approach does not reduce the liver's workload; instead, it makes the liver forget its natural function. The liver, which can extract fat from dry seeds, may lose this ability if it is directly supplied with oil. Extracting fat from seeds is a better task for the liver than directly drinking the seed oil. The liver is an expert in slowly extracting oil and other essential elements from food, much like a cold-pressed juicer. If you give a cold-pressed juicer oil instead of seeds, it will not function as intended. The liver, like the juicer, is designed to extract nutrients from raw materials, not from processed oil.

Thus, it is evident that if the body is provided with too much direct fat, it is likely to cause inflammation. This is why when most people consume oils, the chances of acid reflux increase significantly. It is true that in specific situations and for a limited time, patients might be given oils, but this should be done sparingly. Otherwise, the risk of inflammation increases.
