The Impact of Wisdom On Mind

The Impact of Knowledge, Wisdom & Faith On Mind

A baby's mind is developed the most and primarily through the medium of faith and beliefs. In its behavioural world, a lot of focus is put on faith and beliefs so that senses and the brain can develop at a fast pace and the ability of acceptance increases. With the increase of power in the mind, unnecessary doubts do not arise and rapid development of the brain starts.

The power of beliefs and faith, in a way a kind of indoctrination, is so strong that a child never questions that it is not its parents' child. A child has no doubt even when the parents scold him/her. Similarly, we begin to trust and have faith in everything that is told to us about God and mythology, we have no tangible proof to that effect, yet we trust.

A child's character, personality, sanskar are all the accumulation and amalgamation of the things he/she is taught and indoctrinated with during childhood. Very few people are able to get away from the identity that they assume in their childhood and move on to become or evolve in their adulthood and later on.

With age, the brain must also become more mature but often the opposite is seen. From faith and belief, it must shift gears to reason, logic, wisdom and the pursuit of knowledge. Parents are usually unaware of this. If the mind does not move away from faith to knowledge, it means that its development has been blocked by that belief.

Remember, a certain belief system could be good for a child's development but adverse for its adult life and development. The same beliefs often become the biggest cause of madness of the mind.

 Some more example

When a child comes to the Guru to get knowledge, then that disciple has to trust the knowledge given by him. But after a few days, months or years of practice, the Guru asks the disciple to have a logical discussion on the principles given to him. If he succeeds in every way in that logical-cognitive discussion, then the guru understands that his intellect is placed above belief, on the logical ground.

However, note that when you start using trust more than necessary to attain God, then the problem becomes very serious. In the beginning, everything is fine, but when in a state of complete dependence on the belief system the mind starts feeling like a slave of the brain and the web of its beliefs.

Now God and Jesus are sitting in the sky above and below we are sitting believing. We do not know the end of it, we are just sitting in confidence, and that age also passes away, even in the last days of life we can not even get a glimpse of it - this is because, after faith in the path of that self-realization, empirical knowledge is required. Only then the truth appears and after that, all doubts vanish. Note that only when doubts are over, the mind becomes calm forever.

All in all, the point is that an infant's brain is developed through faith and the adult brain can use experience, logic, knowledge and wisdom to get free from doubts forever, at the same time, the diseases and ailments which plague the body through mental doubts and turbulence can also be avoided.
