Many people complain that the pace of my lectures is so slow that they start getting bored. They have to fast forward to see it. If we study the nature of such people, it becomes known that while listening to my lecture, many thoughts are running in their minds. I am talking about a subject and the listener's mind is not trying to understand the subject, but rather to obtain its solution quickly. Perhaps that is why they start watching the lecture video on fast forward.
This means that their mind has a problem and instead of trying to understand a subject, they want to get its result very quickly. This also means that they lack patience, which has reduced their ability to listen with their senses.
There are some people who consider their own thoughts to be superior before even listening to others, making it difficult for anyone to fully understand them while listening. Such people are often advised to empty themselves before listening to others, so that the words of others can enter their minds.
However, I suggest that instead of emptying oneself, one should make an effort to understand what the other person truly wants to say. If this is not happening, then it will be considered a lack of concentration. In other words, the inability to stay focused on any topic for a long period of time creates a lack of understanding. This is why people with this kind of behaviour often suffer from anxiety and depression, because the mind needs to go deep into any subject. If it doesn't go straight, it will go in the opposite direction, pulling out unnecessary arguments. This is called anxiety.
Peace and tranquillity come only when the mind goes deep into any subject. The mind can only come in a state of peace when it goes deep into any subject, otherwise, it will not find anything beyond pain.
