"Without even eating gol-gappas, how can one find contentment within? The wise Guru Pileshvari was explaining the solution. He said that whenever the desire to eat gol-gappas becomes intense, consume that gol-gappa in your inner consciousness, and observe how excessive saliva forms within you. This will diminish your desire to eat.
He was discussing profound scientific concepts, suggesting that imagining food in one's inner consciousness leads to the cessation of the desire for actual food. If anyone has the urge to eat a dish, they should follow this technique. If someone craves meat, they should similarly follow this scientific method. They'll obtain all the benefits of meat without consuming it, as the mental association with meat triggers the experience of its attributes, leading to increased saliva production and automatic assimilation of proteins and fats.
I would even say that by fulfilling such desires and needs in the inner consciousness, even issues related to sex could be resolved. Engage in sexual activity only within the inner consciousness, and you will find satisfaction. I'd go so far as to suggest that this practice might even prevent the conception of children.
That great teacher is unaware that imagining an empty stomach meal generates much more acidity than anyone else can experience. The level of internal stress on the organs increases so much that it might not even happen after consuming food. I would suggest having pani puri; that won't cause as much acidity, but if you spend half an hour imagining it, you'll produce more saliva, which is the most dangerous. But no, we have to give lectures and make disciples believe in such terrible teachings. This is quite easy.
Based on my analysis, people who constantly fantasise about engaging in casual sex keep their minds occupied and continue inducing hormonal secretion internally. They don't realise that these fantasies will turn them into mad dogs in the future. They are unaware that these imaginations won't lead to having children.
They are unaware of the thoughts they are putting into the infinite cells of the brain. I say, no matter how many variations of food-related dishes you imagine, you can't be calm. You can visualise the taste of that food in your imagination because you've experienced it before, but the experience derived from memory will trigger a similar response in the body. If there's no food in the stomach and the process of digestion starts within the mind and brain, ulcers and wounds in the stomach are often caused.
This is because there's no actual food in the stomach, and the process of digestion has begun in the owner's mind and brain. Once the process of digestion begins in the mind and brain, the digestive process inside the stomach starts. This becomes the cause of ulcers and wounds. In my personal experience, ulcers and wounds in the stomach are not caused by eating spicy and savoury food, but by staying with an empty stomach and having the process of digestion active within the mind.
