I have found Pranayama not only beneficial for spiritual development but also effective in alleviating various mental and physical ailments. While I have witnessed significant success in addressing mental illnesses through Pranayama, I've also applied specific techniques to address physical ailments with success.
Please note that, based on my experiences and exploration, the root cause of diseases lies in our nature. Changes in these natural tendencies lead to imbalances in Vata, Pitta, Kapha, etc., resulting in the manifestation of illnesses in the body.
One's innate nature is inherent, but one's actions and behaviors in this world contribute to the birth of more problems. As individuals distance themselves from practical and spiritual realms, they tend to be surrounded by more challenges.
Therefore, I have adopted two perspectives for solving various types of diseases:
Medical Perspective:
Meaning stabilizing the mind and brain through the body and channels, resolving diseases. I have employed specific Pranayama techniques, involving subtle and effective practices, to bring about changes in the blood through breath, thus healing diseases in the body and mind.
Spiritual Perspective:
This path involves balancing the imbalances in the mind and body through the mediums of the mind and senses. By regulating the breath and aligning oneself through Pranayama's meditative art, complete healing of major body parts is achieved.
In this workshop, I'll demonstrate how different Pranayama techniques can heal diseases and simultaneously promote spiritual development. Spiritual development is essential for complete well-being.
