When food is consumed without effort, the liver does not receive the signal to digest it. No organ in the system is able to digest that food because they are not given the type of food that requires effort. If they are made to work, then they can begin the process of digestion.
If you are eating lazily, such as snacking while watching TV, you are abusing your body. Similarly, the government is also making us lazy and reducing our self-reliance. The government tells some people that they can sit and receive food, which leads to an addiction to money.
However, some of those people are genuinely poor and unable to work. But most people take advantage of this benefit.
Now think about it: the government is making you lazy and training you to be dependent. Meanwhile, the government should encourage you to work hard and grow. Will growth ever come for free? No, growth will never happen.
For example, a 24-year-old man came to me with fatty liver and depression. When I asked him what he does for a living, he said he does nothing. He wakes up in the morning, goes to the corner to have betel leaf, and then goes to the gym. But he doesn’t even enjoy his time at the gym.
Such people are politically very mature but unaware of their health. A 105-kilogram guy says he has no interest in food. I asked him, “What will your life be like without working?” He said he is not attached to money. That’s why he won’t work. What he means by this is that his father has enough wealth to support his livelihood. This is a delusion he holds.
I explained to him that work is not just about money; it is also about discipline. If you wake up in the morning, shower on time, eat, and go to the office, discipline comes into your life, which is completely absent right now.
Your discipline is formed when you engage in work, when you act with a purpose. Even a rogue person has their own discipline. But here we only have lectures. Despite discussing good things, depression remains high.
In smaller towns and villages, there is a lack of discipline. Notice that when there is no discipline, you also lack the decorum to communicate properly.
Ultimately, if you look at it overall, most illnesses arise from a lack of discipline.
