Intentionally or not, the mind creates a pattern somewhere in the brain and the same becomes the cause of the suffering of the brain and body somewhere in the future. Like the process of thinking in childhood, whatever it is, it gradually forms a habit in the body and gives rise to many discomforts inside the body.
Let us understand this better with the help of an example. Nobody is a born drunkard, right? That habit is formed slowly, gradually and over time. Nobody prepares his mind for drinking alcohol, after a few months and years of training, the brain and the vital organs, such as the liver, etc., become accustomed to alcohol, even though the mind does not want alcohol.
The liver and the brain, accustomed to alcohol, force the mind to drink alcohol and develop a habit. That is why an alcoholic cannot give up alcohol even if he does not want to because a certain part of his body has become addicted to that alcohol.
If alcohol is also given to an animal for a few years, then its liver and brain become addicted and it starts asking for alcohol. If alcohol is not given in time, different negative changes can be seen in its nature. The same is true for humans as well. Man would ignorantly put more than 90 percent of things in the mind and brain, which becomes a pattern of body parts. Due to the same pattern a person has to face a lot of physical problems.
A woman carries a baby in her womb for nine months still, after childbirth, she can still feel the false movement of the baby. This is a classic example of the bodily pattern formed because of the formation of the same in the brain.
The main reason is that the uterus has become accustomed to holding the baby for 9 months. Even after delivery, the uterus begins to move habitually, when the baby is not even there. This pattern lasts for a few days or months in the uterus but then it disappears automatically.
This is how acidity is formed in the stomach. At the same time a pattern of many diseases like wind, bile etc. is formed in the body.The thing to note here is that this pattern cannot be cured with the help of medicines. After taking the medicine, it seems that the problem is cured but there is no delay in the ailment striking again.
The only way to fix it is through yoga and pranayama. The primary reason is that when the nerves of the body are stretched, many hormonal changes are seen in the brain, and dopamine starts to increase. It is also worth noting that these endocrine juices have longevity. This longevity alone does not force a person to do any work. Because it easily eliminates the pattern formed in the body.
