Simhasana (Lion Pose):
Now we are going to do Simhasana, which stimulates the digestive system by activating the food pipe, glands, and stomach, and helps to alleviate digestive disorders.
Method:
First, sit in Padmasana and straighten your spine and neck, then close your eyes. Take deep breaths for 5 to 7 times and calm your mind. Then, still in Padmasana, lie straight on your stomach and raise the upper body with the help of both hands, like in Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose). Open your mouth wide and stick your tongue out completely while focusing your eyes on the point between your eyebrows. Remain in this position for 30 seconds while taking normal breaths through your mouth. Then return to Padmasana and repeat the pose with the opposite leg.
Benefits:
This pose controls the excessive flow of acids and bile, which helps to eliminate bad breath.
When acids and bile are under control, both digestion and elimination are improved.
Jathara Parivartan Asana -
By practicing this Jathara Parivartan Asana, the lower part of the digestive system, such as the liver, pancreas, and small and large intestines, become more active, which helps to easily cure diseases related to digestion and excretion.

While exhaling, lift both legs straight up without turning them, up to 90 degrees. After experiencing some vibration in the abdominal muscles while experiencing normal breathing, stop for 5 seconds in the same position. Now, exhaling again, take both legs towards the left palm of the left hand and hold the toes of the foot. Experience normal breathing and stay in this position for a few moments, then bring both legs back up to 90 degrees and repeat the same on the other side. After that, bring both legs back to their normal position.Try to perform this asana five times.
