Don't Interfere With The Breathing’s Natural Detoxification Process

Don't Interfere With The Breathing’s Natural Detoxification Process;

One of the most interesting things about pranayama is that it can help your body naturally expel toxins. When your body is able to release toxins through the breath, it can lead to a sense of spiritual happiness that extends throughout your whole body. This feeling of happiness is not limited to yourself; it benefits all of your limbs and organs.

Therefore, I always encourage my disciples to experience pranayama in its natural form rather than treating it as a simple inhale and exhale exercise. Raw breathing exercises, which involve only inhaling and exhaling, fail to provide spiritual satisfaction and resemble animal breathing. Such exercises do not allow natural detoxification to happen, but rather promote unnatural detoxification. In contrast, the real pranayama that I emphasize on increases self-satisfaction. As the self becomes more satisfied, the mind, senses, and brain go into deep relaxation, and the body starts detoxification naturally. This is why sages call it pranayama. It is not a simple breathing exercise with only inhaling and exhaling as a focus. In this type of breathing, the practitioner increases heat in the body, and then detoxification starts. However, according to me, this is not a proper and natural way of detoxification as it interferes with the natural rhythm of the body, mind, and spirit. Therefore, I recommend not interfering with the natural rhythm of the body and mind.

When approached with the right mindset and understanding, pranayama becomes a powerful tool to calm and stabilize oneself, and improve overall health.
