There is a lot of talk in Indian culture about getting up early in the morning and that it is best for the mind and body. Even modern science seems to explain the importance of rays like alpha beta and gamma by early morning. Religious people are also found explaining its importance in a more serious way. According to them, this is the best time to meet God. That is because the state of mind in Brahmamuhurta is very calm, it is not surrounded by thoughts and imaginations.
That's why spiritual seekers say that whatever is read on waking up in the morning becomes indelible. This is why children are encouraged to study at four o'clock, while the truth is that very few people are able to do so. Even those who get up at 9 am in the day are also found giving very serious discourses on waking up in the morning. Not only some people, even in my childhood, I used to wake up early in the morning, but again at 11 in the morning, I would fall asleep after getting tired.
Sharing My Experience Here:
I always say don't force too much to wake up in the morning, don't kill your life, it is better to focus on your goal than putting your will power in unnecessary morning wake up otherwise all these will be your unsuccessful efforts. Even if there is success for a few days in the process of getting up, but after a few days the result again remains the same as three layers of cover.

Generally, it is customary for people to speak of things as if they hold complete knowledge of it. It is a dangerous thing to do. One must possess full knowledge before speaking about anything.
I say from experience, make the night better, your night routine better. The better the night, the better the morning. Normally a person thinks of improving the morning, I say that the morning is the result of the night, if the night cannot be cured then no matter how much you do, the morning will not be cured. Do whatever you can to calm yourself down after 8 pm. Minimise screen time at night. Ban TV and social sites, don't watch any prime time, nor do you have to tire your eyes by watching the screen.
Do not put any burden on the tongue after 8 o'clock in the night. The truth is that your own prime time at night should be you, no TV person. If you really feel like moving your eyes, then read such a book which will help you understand yourself. It is true that the mind becomes very imaginary at night, and foolish people mistake it to be creative. In fact it is not creativity. That's why when the mind is imaginary in the night, then put it in such works which require mental effort. The mind is afraid to work hard, believe it to be true it will fall asleep. Most of the minds are victims of reverse psychology.
Eyes have a habit of watching, seeing, grasping, indulging your mind in some practice, read a book which teaches behaviour not fiction and watch how the mind is lulled into slumber. The mind wants a very deep experience at night because there is a very close relationship between the moon and the mind at night. If it does not get to play the depth, then it wants to collect experience by taking flight of imagination and often gets trapped in it.
