Signs
The extroversion and lack of understanding in the mind and senses are so much that they do not understand the signs of the body and body parts. All organs somewhere, through signals, convey their problems to the brain, which the mind has to recognize and diagnose accordingly.
Abdominal pain in 99 percent of children means bowel movement, their stomach keeps giving signals, but they do not know that it is for bowel movement. Their body needs sleep, the body is giving signals, but they do not know that they need to sleep. This misunderstanding in children is understandable because they have no experience to understand the symptoms of the body but it isn't quite understandable in adults. Adults, torn in this modern, fast-paced world, are so busy that they barely notice the subtle signs sent out by their bodies. In my opinion, it is due to the increased extroversion than the need of the mind and senses.
The mind and the senses are so much engrossed in the external world that they are unable to understand even the simplest signs of the inner world.
The human mind is running so intensely to achieve the objective considered in the external world that the medium is not able to perceive the signs and symptoms of the body and the senses. Just like a runner cannot feel what is happening in the body in a 100 metre race. The whole life of an ordinary man becomes like a 100 metre race. He is unable to understand the signals inside the body.
One of the many signals of the body, calf muscle pain, will be explained today. Many signals of the calf muscles are not in vain, if we study those signals carefully, then we'll come to know what the calf muscles want to tell the mind.
Calf muscles are also known as the second heart, any major discomfort in these muscles could be indicative of pressure on the heart. The heart is an involuntary muscle, but when it is over-stressed by emotional pressure, it is unable to function independently, leading to an arbitrary attack on the involuntary muscle (heart).
As far as I have experienced, one whose mind is emotionally suppressed or repressed, who is unable to express his feelings outwardly, a burden arises on his heart. His own guilt also puts a heavy burden on the heart due to which the heart expresses its pressure through pain in the calves
Even in such persons whose mind and senses are running very fast, their calves start giving signals in the form of pain. Calf pain is seen more in this type of people. By suppressing their emotions, they pose a negative effect on the heart, due to which the heartbeat is often seen to be increased, such people keep hearing their own heartbeat continuously. Note that if there is any kind of emotional pressure in the muscles of the heart, then its reaction starts appearing on the calf.
Especially when there is a lot of pain in the calf muscles, then some painkillers can easily find a solution for it, but the problem is that the effect of that painkiller looks very negative in the future. The problem becomes very serious when that muscle slowly stops giving signals and in the future it results in some serious disease related to heart and brain. Therefore, one should not ignore the pain in the calf muscles. They must approach it scientifically.
Method
1- Especially before going to bed at night, the calf muscles should be massaged well so that the heart rate becomes regular and controlled, as well as the brain also comes in a stress-free state. With this process, there is looseness in the thoughts as well as the person gets deep sleep due to which his daily routine starts getting better.
2- Especially after the day's physical and mental stress, the calf must be stretched in the evening. This stretch recharges the heart and brain. The mind remains calm and orderly, especially during the night.
3- In the morning and at any time, standing in one position, interlace the fingers of both your hands and then make your spine in a straight line.
First of all, join both your ankles and take them up slowly and hold them up for at least 2 minutes, so that you can feel the pain in the calves. Keeping the ankles elevated for a long time only means that the circulation of blood in the calves can be increased so that there is no stress on the heart.
