Depression is a clinical word but if I explain this in a spiritual way, this is called “dissatisfaction with Self”. Due to this decreased self satisfaction hormones secretion starts fluctuations that’s why feeling of insecurities and fear of death starts.
Depression can be a debilitating mental illness that not only impacts how we feel and think on a day-to-day basis, but can also increase our fear of death. In fact, my experimental case studies have shown that people with depression are three times more likely to die from suicide than those without depression.
There are many reasons why depression can increase our fear of death. For one, depressed individuals often see death as a way to escape their pain and suffering. Additionally, people with depression may believe that they are not worth saving or that their death would be a burden on others. Depression can also cause individuals to lose hope and give up on life altogether.
If you or someone you know is struggling with depression, it’s important to seek professional help. There are many effective treatments available in Yogic & meditative Therapy that can cure permanently the symptoms of depression and improve quality of life. If someone is suffering this kind mental fluctuation too much then clinical help can be taken first and then should be taken any Spiritual Master’s help.
According to me in the beginning of this mental fluctuation sufferers should not be given any clinical help, they have to follow some techniques which can increase self stamina, confidence etc so they can dominate their own produced emotions.
Depression can increase a person's fear of death. This may be due to a number of factors, including the negative thoughts and feelings associated with depression, the loss of motivation and hope that can accompany the condition, and the increased stress and anxiety that can come with it. In some cases, this fear may lead to suicidal ideation or attempts. If you or someone you know is struggling with depression, it is important to seek professional help.
