(काम वासना को एकांत जगह में घूम कर शांत किया जा सकता है ?)
Interviewer: Welcome back, Yogi Anoop Ji. Today we want to discuss the topic of desires and whether they can be calmed by wandering in solitude. What are your thoughts on this?
Yogi Anoop Ji: Namaste, thank you for having me. When it comes to desires, I think it's important to clarify what we mean by "kam vasna". If we're talking about sexual desires, then some people associate it with negative thoughts. If that's the case, then I believe wandering in solitude can provide relaxation and help you connect with yourself.
Interviewer: That's interesting. But what about negative thoughts that are not related to sexual desires? Can wandering in solitude calm those as well?
Yogi Anoop Ji: That's a good question. When negative thoughts are consuming us, simply going to an isolated place may not be enough to calm the storm of those thoughts. It's like trying to put out a fire by isolating yourself from the world.
Interviewer: So, does that mean you don't recommend taking a solitary journey?
Yogi Anoop Ji: Not entirely. I don't believe that being alone or taking a solitary journey is entirely wrong or nonsense. However, I would also like to say that it does not seem very spiritual or scientific. It may provide a diversion for a while, but it is also true that it will not calm the restlessness of those who have a craving for it for a long time.
Interviewer: That's an interesting perspective. Can you explain more about why you think wandering in solitude may not provide long-lasting peace?
Yogi Anoop Ji: Sure. Wandering in solitude may provide a temporary escape from the chaos of the world, but it's not a permanent solution for those seeking inner peace. It's important to address the root cause of our restlessness and work on it. You yourself think, how will one find peace by wandering outside?
Interviewer: I see what you mean. Can you elaborate on the genetic truth you mentioned earlier?
Yogi Anoop Ji: Yes, it's a genetic truth that we are excited with our foolishness. Anyone who has these five physical bodies cannot escape this philosophical truth. The problem arises when a troubled person takes wandering in solitude as the only solution for mental peace.
Interviewer: That's a great point. So, what do you recommend for those seeking inner peace?
Yogi Anoop Ji: There's no one-size-fits-all answer to this question, as everyone's journey towards inner peace is unique. However, I do believe that loosening the mind and nerves through yoga and meditation can be a simple and organic way to address the root cause of our restlessness. The key is to consistently practice and keep an eye on that deep peaceful place within us.
Interviewer: Thank you for sharing your insights, Yogi Anoop Ji. It's been a pleasure speaking with you.
Yogi Anoop Ji: The pleasure is mine. Thank you for having me
