Brain Practice via Subtle Joints

The Significance of Small Joints in Developing Brain Power

Guru Yogi Anoop: Today, I want to talk to you about the importance of controlling subtle joints through the brain, and how to control the brain through the practice of subtle joints. Do any of you know why the human brain is considered to be more developed than an animal's brain?

Student: Is it because humans have more control over the joints in their body?

Guru Yogi Anoop: Exactly! Humans have control over even the smallest joints in the body, which indicates that the fundamental power of the brain is strong. In contrast, animals have very little control over the small joints, such as the ones in their fingers.

Student: So, how can we develop control over these subtle joints?

Guru Yogi Anoop: One simple exercise is to move your left foot's toes and fingers inward and outward, while keeping your face calm. After a few days of practicing this, try moving only your thumb instead of all four fingers. This is because the control of your brain is only on the thumb, and it has the most intimate connection with the pituitary glands of the brain. By practicing this exercise, you can enhance the emotional aspect of the brain.

Student: Can you explain more about the connection between the thumb and the pituitary gland?

Guru Yogi Anoop: When the activity of the left thumb is done, its effect falls on the right part of the pituitary gland. And this right part of the pituitary gland enhances the emotional aspect of the brain. So, by practicing control over the thumb, we can also control the brain's emotional responses.

It's a subtle but powerful connection. By developing control over these small joints, we can enhance the power of the brain and live a more fulfilling life.
